I see protecting our children as one of my tasks alongside competent soccer coaching. Our children reflect the behavior that they see with us.
It is very important to be a good role model and it is our job as trainers and parents to teach them good values and to set an example every day.
Values such as respect, truthfulness, fairness, sense of responsibility, compassion, gratitude, friendship, peacefulness, striving for personal maturity, help to make the lives of children and people easier to deal with.
The bliss of our children enrich our lives, keep us young, full of joy and positive energy.
This radiance in their faces and eyes, this joy that they express with their entire body, after a personal success and with the team, after every praise, before / in and after the training / game. That is one of the special moments and a big why, why I work with passion and enthusiasm in children's and youth soccer as a coach in addition to the competent soccer education.
