Join the Team: Twin Cities Soccer Academy Summer Camp

Twin Cities Soccer Academy (TCSA) is seeking motivated, passionate coaches for our two-week summer soccer camps in Maple Grove, Minnesota. If you have a competitive soccer background and love mentoring young athletes, we want to hear from you.

Youth Summer Soccer Coach

Overview and Requirements

We are looking for role models who identify with the TCSA philosophy and are eager to share their love for the game. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

Experience: At least five years of competitive playing experience and preferably two or more years of youth coaching experience.
Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, a high level of commitment, and a willingness to learn.
Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Eligibility: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for the implementation of TCSA camp curriculum and the supervision of players. Primary tasks include:

Conducting training sessions and actively playing soccer with participants.
Serving as a camp counselor and providing consistent supervision.
Attending the staff orientation and meet-and-greet on Sunday, July 26.

Schedule and Compensation

Camps run from Monday, July 27, through Friday, Aug. 7, 2026.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience (36–38 hours per week).

Youth Internship Opportunity: We are also offering Youth Soccer Coach Internships for players ages 15–17. This is a great way to gain leadership experience!
